Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we do not provide any refund, either totally or partially in any case/situation/circumstances.

We keep our policy very simple:

 1)    You first register your profile on our website – which is Free of Cost.

2)    You can then search for your matching profile.

3)    You purchase a membership plan as per your requirement. We have 3 membership plans – Quarterly/ Half Yearly and Yearly membership plan.

For our services, we do not offer any membership cancellation option.

In case you are unable to find a match for yourself within the time frame of the selected package, your membership plans get automatically expired – without any notice.
